You can use the site master data form to register a new company or site. When registering a new company/site, the direct debit procedure is available to you via direct debit authorization.
In order to use our DosiNet online service, please complete and sign the registration form and return it to us. We will then set up access for you immediately.
The order form is valid for initial orders and later for repeat orders during the monitoring period. Are you a customer of ours? Order dosimeters or articles, stating your company number, by e-mail at [email protected] .
The return deadlines for the dosimeters can be found on the respective delivery bills.
