Sales & Marketing

The Sales & Marketing team led by Dr. Reiner Eßer is responsible for handling all contracts, sales and marketing activities. Customer visits are carried out and participation in trade fairs, conferences and congresses are organized. Furthermore, the website and the entire external appearance are coordinated here.

Logistics department

The logistics team (team leader Elvis Mujakovic) ensures that the logistical processes run smoothly, shipping the dosimeters and results, recording and processing the incoming dosimeters and adhering to delivery dates.

Project Management

In her role as PMO (Project Management Office), Erika Mende is responsible for managing projects within the company. Important taskse are the implementation of project standards, prioritization and monitoring of projects with regard to resources, budget and schedule and the support of all departments in setting up and managing projects.

Production and technical support

Our technology team, led by Florian Wahl, is responsible for the smooth running of the service processes from a technical perspective, maintenance of the machines, checking the functions and rectifying defects. In addition, they are working on future dosimetric systems (further developments, new developments, automation of processes). In the product business, our customers are supported from a technical perspective.

The production team equips customers with dosimeters, measuring systems and automation. They take care of the procurement, calibration and individualization for our international customers.

Processing

This team covers the areas of whole body and partial body dosimetry, spatial and environmental dosimetry and radon dosimetry. Under the direction of Philip Kleinau, all types of dosimeters are evaluated here.

Customer's service

The customer service team (team leader Christian Treumer) is your first point of contact if you have questions about dosimetry, your order, evaluation or results.

You will also get help and information about our Online Services DosiNet and DosiCon.

The team is primarily responsible for helping our customers via phone call or within our online services.

Quality Management

Das Team Qualitätsmanagement unter der Leitung von Edwin Ulbricht ist verantwortlich für die Überwachung der Prozesse, die Kontrolle der Korrekturmaßnahmen, die Problemstellenanalyse, das Prüfmittel- und Dokumentenmanagement und hat als oberste Zielsetzung, die Qualität der Prüfungen und Prozesse ständig zu verbessern.

Dosimetry

Das Team Dosimetrie ist für nationale und internationale Akkreditierung, das Qualitätsmanagement sowie für den Kalibrierbereich von Mirion Medical zuständig.

It is therefore subject to the accredited area (AWST) of Mirion Medcial GmbH.

In addition to the calibration and quality testing of the measuring systems, dosimetry supports the new and further developments of dosimetry systems in close cooperation with Operations and Technology.

HR & Team Assistant

Our HR and team assistance employee ensure that the company runs smoothly every day.

Our HR team, consisting of Lana Jelaca as HR Business Partner and Olesya Hof as HR Administrator, is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. The aim is to promote open communication, fair working conditions and a culture of mutual respect. They also ensure that everyone in the company has the opportunity to grow beyond themselves.

Our team assistant Claudia Rose holds everything together, coordinates processes smoothly and ensures structure and efficiency in daily business. She supports administrative tasks and ensures that everyone in the team can work together optimally.

IT

Our IT team, led by Jürgen Rose, is responsible for all hardware and software systems which are needed for processing, securing and archiving your data.

Finance Department

Our finance team is responsible for all questions in terms of accounting, payment processing and debt collection/reminders. In addition to customer accounting, the processing of incoming invoices for deliveries and services as well as the preparation of procurement processes are carried out by Mirion Medical GmbH.

Our team is happy to support and advise our customers on all of these levels.
