The Directorate forms the strategic heart of our company. With a clear vision and extensive experience, this team guides the long-term direction and growth of Mirion Medical GmbH. Our directors ensure that strategic goals are effectively implemented, allowing us to provide the best solutions for our customers and partners.

Sales & Marketing

The Sales & Marketing team, led by Dr. Reiner Eßer (in the center of the photo), is responsible for handling all contract agreements, sales, and marketing activities. Regular customer visits are conducted, and participation in trade fairs, conferences, and congresses is organized. Additionally, the team coordinates the website and the company's entire external presence.

Logistics department

 

Das Team Logistik (Teamleiter Elvis Mujakovic, dritter von rechts im Foto) sorgt für den reibungslosen Ablauf der logistischen Prozesse, Versand der Dosimeter und Ergebnisse, Kommissionierung der Kundenaufträge, Erfassung und Verarbeitung der eingehenden Dosimeter und die Einhaltung der Liefertermine.

Project Management

In her role as PMO (Project Management Office), Erika Mende is responsible for managing projects within the company. Important taskse are the implementation of project standards, prioritization and monitoring of projects with regard to resources, budget and schedule and the support of all departments in setting up and managing projects.

Production and technical support

 

The Technical team, led by Florian Wahl (not in the photo, represented by Mr. Figel, Managing Director, on the right), is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of service processes from a technical perspective. This includes machine maintenance, function checks, and defect resolution. Additionally, the team works on the future development of dosimetric systems, including enhancements, new developments, and process automation. In the product business, our measurement service customers are also supported from a technical standpoint.

The production team equips customers with dosimeters, measuring systems and automation. They take care of the procurement, calibration and individualization for our international customers.

Processing

This team covers the areas of whole-body and partial-body dosimetry, area and environmental dosimetry, as well as radon dosimetry. Under the leadership of Philip Kleinau (second from the right in the photo), all types of dosimeters are analyzed here.

Customer's service

The Customer Service team, led by Christian Treumer (second from the left in the photo), is your first point of contact for any questions regarding dosimetry, your order, analysis, or results.

You will also receive support and information here regarding our online services DosiNet Web and DosiCon.

The team is primarily responsible for helping our customers via phone call or within our online services.

Quality Management

Das Team Qualitätsmanagement unter der Leitung von Edwin Ulbricht (auf dem Foto links) ist verantwortlich für die Überwachung der Prozesse, die Kontrolle der Korrekturmaßnahmen, die Problemstellenanalyse, das Prüfmittel- und Dokumentenmanagement und hat als oberste Zielsetzung, die Qualität der Prüfungen und Prozesse ständig zu verbessern.

Dosimetry

The Dosimetry team is responsible for national and international accreditation, quality management and the calibration area at Mirion Medical.

It is therefore subject to the accredited area (AWST) of Mirion Medcial GmbH.

In addition to the calibration and quality testing of the measuring systems, dosimetry supports the new and further developments of dosimetry systems in close cooperation with Operations and Technology.

HR & Team Assistant

Our HR and team assistance employee ensure that the company runs smoothly every day.

Unser HR-Team, bestehend aus Kirsten Müller als HR Managerin (nicht auf dem Foto) und Olesya Hof als HR-Administratorin (auf dem Fotos links), arbeitet engagiert daran, eine unterstützende und inklusive Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen. Ziel ist es, eine offene Kommunikation, faire Arbeitsbedingungen und eine Kultur des gegenseitigen Respekts zu fördern. Sie sorgen außerdem dafür, dass jeder im Unternehmen die Chance hat, das eigene Potenzial zu entfalten.

Unsere Teamassistenz Claudia Rose (auf dem Foto rechts) hält dabei die Fäden zusammen, koordiniert reibungslos Abläufe und sorgt für Struktur sowie Effizienz im daily business. Sie unterstützt bei administrativen Aufgaben und stellt sicher, dass alle im Team optimal zusammenarbeiten können.

IT

The IT team, led by Jürgen Rose (third from the right in the photo), is responsible for all hardware and software systems related to the processing, securing, and archiving of your data.

Finance Department

Our finance team is responsible for all questions in terms of accounting, payment processing and debt collection/reminders. In addition to customer accounting, the processing of incoming invoices for deliveries and services as well as the preparation of procurement processes are carried out by Mirion Medical GmbH.

Our team is happy to support and advise our customers on all of these levels.

R&D and Engineering

 

The core tasks of the R&D team include the new and further development of dosimetry systems with regard to the latest measurement techniques and the requirements of new areas of application. In cross-departmental projects, solutions for detectors and evaluation devices with associated software and automation are developed, extensively tested and finally their application is accompanied.
